What We Do

Day 2 Day Dads works to improve employment and economic mobility opportunities; foster healthy relationships and strengthen child- family engagement among fathers.

Responsible Fatherhood Education


  • Workshops to provide participants with age-appropriate evidence-based curricula training:
  • Inside Out Dad for incarcerated and formally incarcerated fathers.
  • 24/7 Dad for fathers in the community.
  • DADS Support Group every 4 th Thursday monthly
  • Also provide important information about:
  • Domestic and family violence
  • Access and Visitation
  • Child Support
  • Intimate partner/teen dating violence
  • Child abuse and neglect including what it is and its impact; recognizing signs of abuse; and how to report and/or get help.
  • Provide participants with information on resources in the community and prevention materials.
  • Make service referrals to our partners/other agencies for counseling or other support services.

Economic Stability

Provide job readiness skills and job placement assistance. Financial workshops provided in collaboration with other community employment organizations.

Success Coach

Support participants in identifying needs, skills, interests and complete baseline assessments to help inform and design the best strategies for participants and/or their families.
